Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
