To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to ensure your warranty remains valid.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping via ground freight usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a warranty on frames and forks?

Yes, all Sunday frames and forks are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
